Would you like to exchange a received product? Then please send an email to [email protected] or visit us in the store and we will be happy to assist you.

Returns – Webshop Purchase

Are you not satisfied with a received item? Then you have the right to return an item within 14 days after delivery or bring it back to our store in Den Bosch.

The return shipment must meet the following conditions:

• A fully completed return form must be enclosed (you can request this by sending an email to [email protected])
• The item is complete, not used/worn, or damaged
• The original tags and labels are still attached to the item
• The items must be in the original packaging
• The item has not been washed or worn

The above does not apply to SALE items; these cannot be returned.

If you return all items from your order and we have received the returned package in good condition, we will refund the full purchase amount to your account within 5 days. Please note: this only applies if you return your entire order. If you order 2 items and keep 1 and return 1, the shipping costs paid will not be refunded.

If you purchase an item online using a gift voucher and wish to return it, you will receive a gift voucher from us in return.

Returns – Instagram Purchase

Did you place an order via Instagram? The same conditions apply as for webshop purchases.

Returns for In-Store Purchases

If you wish to return items purchased in the store, you will receive a gift voucher. This can be redeemed both in-store and online.
